Since we opened our doors, Kimmie’s Bakes and Cakes has grown and expanded to become a thriving at home baking business. Known for our professional service and high-quality products, we aim to be your only stop when it comes to high end cakes and treats.

Fresh Hand Dipped Chocolates
Pick from an assortment of chocolates to create the perfect box. Large box of 12 chocolates for $25. A medium box of 6 chocolates for $15.00. Sampler size box of four chocolates for $10. To place an order contact me through this site, phone, text, e-mail, or messenger on Facebook. All are great ways to reach me. I accept cash or Venmo.
$300 Fully decorated Wedding Cake
I provide the decorations and flowers. Vanilla cake with raspberry filling. 5”,7”,9” stacked cake.
$275 Plain Naked Cake
Vanilla wedding cake with raspberry filling. You provide the decorations/flowers and I will decorate it. 5”,7”,9”.
$140 Baby Shower cake
5” lemon cake with raspberry filling between layers. 7” chocolate cake with fudge frosting between the layers.
$80 Peanut butter toffee cake
7” cake with three layers of chocolate cake. Delicious peanut butter frosting with chocolate ganache, caramel sauce, and heath candy bars in between the layers.
$80 Oreo Cake
7” cake with three layers of chocolate cake. Decadent Oreo butter cream with Oreo and chocolate ganache between the layers.
Cake Pricing Per Serving
Vanilla $3.50 no filling, $4.00 with filling. Specialty cake and/or specialty frosting $4.00 no filling, $4.50 with filling. Add a drip $.50 per serving. Specialty cakes: Strawberry, Carrot cake, Oreo, Peanut Butter, Confetti, Banana, Apple Churro, Pumpkin Spice Cake.Filling: Raspberry, Lemon, Chocolate, Strawberry, Strawberry’s n’ cream, Cream Cheese, Apple Compote, Pineapple.Specialty Frosting: Oreo, Peanut Butter, Raspberry, Strawberry, Spiced Buttercream, Banana, Confetti, Cinnamon Buttercream. Delivery in Spokane $50 delivery outside Spokane $75 and up.

Plain vanilla cupcake with buttercream frosting $3.50 each with a minimum order of 24 or more. Specialty cupcakes, like chocolate, raspberry, carrot, $4.25 each. Specialty cupcake with specialty frosting, like chocolate, raspberry, cream cheese, $4.75 each with a minimum order of 24. Flower frosted cupcakes $6.00 each with a minimum order of 7. Cakesicles plain with a drizzle $4.00 each with a minimum order 12.
Cake Pops $2.75
Plain cake pops with a drizzle $2.75 each with a minimum order of 24. Custom cake pops start at $3.00 each and go go up from there with a minimum order of 12.

Our History
Since we opened our doors, Chocolates & Cakes by Kim has become an integral part of the local community. We started Chocolates by Kim in 2007 after realizing it wasn’t always easy to find fresh high quality chocolates. To ensure our product is made fresh we sell our chocolates seasonally or upon request. In 2020 we added high end cakes to the company. We’ve worked hard to bring you top quality cakes and chocolates and we are continually adding new favorites to our list.
